Seven new builds and five existing buildings have been announced as finalists for best sustainable development in the 2015 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards to be held in Sydney in May.

The awards, which celebrate leading practice, have also for the first year added an affordable housing category, reflecting the importance of value for money in housing developments.
