With our goal to create a net zero economy, there is rapid innovation and commitment from industry to fast track the evolution of low carbon all electric buildings and cities. But how?
The NSW government and other governments
The Hon Matt Kean, MP, Minister for Energy and Environment has released Net Zero Plan Stage 1: 2020–2030 to “fast-track emissions reduction over the next decade and prepare the state to take further action in the decades to follow.”
The plan recognises the need to scale up and fast track low emissions technologies and includes investment in “scientists, entrepreneurs and businesses to deliver the next wave of technologies, goods and services for our consumers, workforce and the environment.”
