How You’ll Contribute
We are looking for a passionate engineer to join our leadership team and shape the future of the Industrial Internet sector. You will play an essential role in the continual success of CIM Enviro, by:
- Working closely and providing technical leadership to a rapidly growing team of talented engineers
- Using your vision and expertise to shape the direction of the ACE Platform: the software solution we have developed for our engineers to deliver consistently outstanding results
Responsibilities
- Train and provide technical leadership to the Engineering Team to increase their mechanical & control knowledge
- Help the Engineering Team on the most complex issues
- Continuously look for opportunities and implement improved approaches, tools and processes in the Engineering Team
- Work closely with the Software Engineering team to:
- Create and continue to evolve the vision for the ACE Platform to ensure it is the leading software solution in the industry
- Provide advice on the best approaches to providing functionality that achieves the desired accuracy and precision
- Identify control strategy logic optimisation
- Liaise with BMS & Mech contractors to rectify highly complex issues
- Stay on top of the latest trends in the industry
- Speak at conferences, for example AIRAH/ASHRAE/ARBS
- Produce domain expert content – e.g. publish articles on the power/future of analytics on LinkedIn

What you need for this position
- MSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Mechanical, Mechatronics Background (Mechanical preferred)
- Strong experience and technical knowledge of generators, UPS systems, HVAC systems, Chillers, CRAC units
- Data centre experience is advantageous
