Cundall boosts WA building services capacity with two new appointments

Cundall has appointed Tony Comerford as electrical team leader and Mark Brayshaw as mechanical team leader as part of a push to grow the company’s building services discipline in Western Australia.

Mr Comerford has 11 years’ experience in infrastructure, tertiary, transport, retail and commercial, with key strength in project delivery.

Mr Brayshaw has 10 years’ experience working on WA projects such as Perth Arena, Raine Square, Shell House Fit-out, Kings Square 2, Westpac fitout, Brookfield Place Tower 2, Trinity Village Shopping Centre and Scarborough Beach Pool.

“Cundall has been delivering building services in Perth for the past three years,” Cundall associate Oliver Grimaldi said. “We have seen a steady increase in work due to repeat business and clients looking for a building services team where sustainability is a standard part of their service.

“With Tony and Mark part of our team, we can take this growth to the next level and take advantage of the predicted growth in the Perth construction market.”
