Karen Billington has left EY to join AECOM as ACT director. She was formerly the sustainability manager of Northrop Consulting Engineers for over five years before she became ACT operations manager at the company.

Architecture practice Warren and Mahoney has appointed Sven Ollmann as a principal in its Sydney studio. He’s an experienced architect in the field of sustainable commercial design, with a career across both Europe and Australasia that’s spanned multiple sectors including commercial offices and hi-rise, multi-unit residential, mixed-use, infrastructure (rail and aviation), urban design.

Meinhardt Australia has a new chief executive officer. The engineering consultancy has appointed Sean Treweek former global market sector director of Norman Disney & Young. He’s also held senior roles at WSP, VOS Group and AECOM.

Engineering consultancy LCI has welcomed a new senior associate Alan Davis. He’s worked in London, San Francisco and Sydney and has 15 years’ experience in the infrastructure, master plan, mixed-use, commercial, healthcare and education sectors. 

Mick Savage is retiring from his role as manager of NSW Roads and Transport Directorate. 

Evergen has appointed Cameron Young to the role of chief commercial officer.
