Jobs news: Moreland Energy Foundation, Hansen Partnership and City of Parramatta

There are a few fresh faces at the Moreland Energy Foundation, including Mischa Vickas who joined the Sydney team early this year.

The organisation is now just shy of 40 and has grown significantly in the last few years according to chief executive Alison Rowe.

Melbourne-based urban planning outfit Hansen Partnership has recently welcomed Gerhana Waty, Jane Keddie & Andrew Partos as new partners.

Hansen Partnership is multidisciplinary firm with expertise and knowledge across urban planning, urban design and landscape architecture.

Greater Sydney Commission deputy chief commissioner and economics commissioner Geoff Roberts has received the Order of Australia “for significant service to urban planning and development.”

The City of Paramatta is advertising for a new chief executive officer after voting to terminate the contract of its former CEO Mark Stapleton over concerns about the hiring process and the accuracy of his resume.

He was in the top job for about three months.

The council is also hiring a sustainability officer.

The Wollondilly Shire Council in the Macarthur region of NSW is looking for a new CEO.

There are sustainability roles going at KPMG, Landcom, Cardno and Elton Consulting.
